There's no Magnesium Glycinate ratio to Magnesium Citrate ratio. Magnesium Citrate is just a throw-away magnesium (like a cheap filler). Magnesium Glycinate is well absorbed and very beneficial for rest and dealing with those awful nighttime leg cramps.

Do I or don't I have the right supplement?

To be honest, I'm not sure that I am actually ingesting the supplement that I think I am? LOL Could it possibly be a mislabeled bottle? The picture of the chews on the bottle is pink and flavored mixed berry. The chews I have are dark green and....not berry. It's odd. I took them anyways, and I hope I don't regret it. Ha
