This was professionally installed. The installer had no complaints whatsoever it was a small process. ask for my assessment has the purchaser of the product, all the expected accommodations of this unit or satisfactory that's why I chose it. Heavy duty material and that is a plus, tilt with ease and I love how it looks on my wall lol. As far as the swivel, the professional used that availability.

My mounting situation was unique as there are 2 large windows behind my TV. I upgraded to a 75" and it would no longer set in the tv cabinet. I added two more holes in the center and was able to mount it between the windows (6 " space) and it is extremely sturdy and completely invisible. Could not be happier with the installation.
