I'm really enjoying the quality and economic choices from USA pan. This is my 5th bakeware from USA pan. This is industrial kitchen grade bakeware in a home kitchen that is family pass down quality. No need for frilly bells and whistles. Just high quality, top of the line, USA, nonstick bakeware. The double heart pattern looks very nice on the cake form. Quality is so good, it could be a workhorse in a small restaurant or bakery.
