Great customer service

First treadmill I ordered was very loud and rattled severely if speed increased to more than 1.3 mph. After 2 most. It locked up, and back roller split apart. I contacted the company through Walmart and they were beyond courteous, helpful, and sent a replacement out the same day. The replacement arrived today and is AWESOME!! It is as quiet as advertised, no roaring or rattling, everything working as it should. I am now very impressed with this product and would highly recommend! You can purchase with confidence because if something is wrong the company service is very fast and courteos to make right! Happy walking!

Great customer service

I purchased over a year ago and the treadmill suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer support, who walked me through a series of troubleshooting steps and when nothing worked, they sent me a new treadmill. Customer service was fast, responsive, and they gave me great service even though I was past my warranty period.

Excellent treadmill and customer service!

I bought this treadmill after doing some research into under the desk treadmills to use with my standing desk at work. This product popped up on several sites and came highly recommended for it’s functionality and price. I concur. I have a back injury so standing or sitting for extended periods of time wrecks havoc on me; being able to walk while working was exactly what I needed. This treadmill is perfect for my small office. I’m able to lift it up and roll it under my desk for when I have to sit and meet with people (next on my list is to get a chair that I can just place on my treadmill so I won’t have to move it at all…my physical therapist and the doctor who does my epidurals aren’t fans of me moving a treadmill around all day). The treadmill worked great right out of the package! There are some very loud beeps that sound when you initially turn it on and when you start and stop walking. I feel I should close my office door each time I start and stop because the beeps are pretty loud but thankfully my coworkers aren’t phased by it. The treadmill itself is very quiet while being operated so that’s a plus! I did have some issues with the speakers making crackling noise but customer service was superb in addressing my concerns. I would definitely recommend this product! It’s been the perfect addition to my workspace.
