UPG-Marineland Edwardsville MD78178 Marineland Penguin Pro-125 Power Filter

The model fits my tank perfectly, reach and strong flow. Got the pro 125 for a tall square 20Gal tank. The width fits with the aquarium lid perfectly. And the extendable intake tube goes down deep. And also like the adjustable intake near the top to help balance the intake flow. My wheel works perfectly, the flow is quite strong. In my take the motor and return are completely submerged. I like to keep the waterline just above the top black trim. The only con is that the vibration of the overflow pressing against the back of the glass is a bit loud. I tamed this by cutting a small rubber ball in half and placing in between the tank and glass. I think this is one of the best filters I've owned. I owned TopFin, Fluval, Aquaclear and someother I can't remember. So far very simple to setup and pump in the water means no priming needed.
