Fantastic Super food
I tried several different supper food supplements. this is my favorite It is easy to take and digest. Works well, no ill effects or allergic reaction which did happen with some of the other super foods I tried. As always with Swanson purchased vitamins, cost was very low compared to other sources for marine phytoplankton.
