I rated this 3 - because the seller was quick to respond to my inquiry when they shipped me an incomplete package- only got part of the sofa so I'm confused why would they ship a part of the order knowing they don't plan to restock the item. While they did refunded me and not making me go through the hassle of returning it. I do have to dispose of it which will take time and effort.
