These are the best tea infusers I've found. They are very easy to clean and dry. The tea has enough room to expand (loose leaf tea) and it infuses fast. But, still wait the infuse time- they're not any speedier than the usual infuser. The taste of your tea is not affected by any off-taste- if anything, it makes it taste better. It allows all of the loose leaf to expand and that is the bonus. You get all of the flavor of the tea. It could also be used to make a bouquet garni (sic.) That's where you put all of your spices in it and let it infuse into stews, soups and other dishes that you would use a bouquet. This is a multi-purpose kitchen tool. And, I absolutely love them.
