Looks great but non functional

The first one was returned before it was delivered due to damage. After calling Walmart they agreed to ship another one expedited shipping. It arrived in a couple of days. So that experience was favorable. The installation is a bit tricky simply because the holes must be exact. I absolutely love the look of it for my home office. The problem I have encountered is that when you write on it you can't read it. The first dry erase markers I purchased were neon since I thought that would work well on the black surface. Wrong. I did a little research and found liquid chalk was recommended. So I purchased a package at Walmart but it was no better than the neon dry erase markers. My next stop will be to an office supply store to see what else is available.
