I use this mainly for nighttime relief, it gets me relaxed, eases the pain and not addictive. I usually get the generic Tylenol. but a week ago I got the name brand and it seemed like I didn't have to take as many for my headache to go away. so I got the name brand again I wish they weren't as expensive as they are. hoping they work like the others because I end up having to take 10 a day of the generic plus they taste bad.
