The non-drowsy formula designed for daytime use combines acetaminophen, to relieve head and body aches and reduce fever, phenylephrine HCl to relieve nasal congestion, the expectorant guaifenesin to loosen phlegm and make coughs more productive, and dextromethorphan HBr to suppress coughs. The liquid severe cold and flu medicine for adults soothes with a gentle warming sensation and honey lemon flavor. Adults and children 12 years and older, take 30 mL in the dosing cup provided every four hours while symptoms last and do not take more than 150 mL in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor.

Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
Do not use:
With any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

Gets rid of symptoms
I use this to help alleviate my symptoms fast. It has a warming honey lemon flavor. It contains acetaminophen and is alcohol free. It tackles my headache, and reduces my fever. It suppresses my cough and gets rid of mucus and nasal congestion. It helps me feel better fast.

Aids in temperature control, and decongestion
It doesn't have any scent whenever you are taking it, its so effective and less costly in comparison to other brands on market. Packaging is just the same as every other medicine bottle and it took my pain away in like 45 minutes to few hours.
