Better than a broom because it has so many positions to use it in that it's endless cleaning possibilities! I'm disabled %26 it has lots of ways to lengthen, shorten plus it's a comfortable handle. It's very - very lightweight which is better than my other bristle broom. Buy this...if you don't like it, Walmart will give you a refund...check the time to return...but you won't return...you'll keep it %26 love it! ;)
