i have read reviews for Two Good Greek yogurt and agree with the positive reviews. The lower sugar content is a plus for me. I enjoy the taste and the individual serving size containers. Two Good yogurt is a great snack, a wonderful way to add fruits, such as blueberries to your diet and get keep your gut biome in great shape.

Yummy and nutritious
I love this brand of low fat Greek yogurt. It's nutritious, lower carb and sugar than a lot of Greek you hurt. I've tried all flavors and like them all. I also sometimes add my own banana flavoring, or cake batter flavoring to the vanilla just for something different. I eat at least 2-3 of these a day.

Very filling snack. If I'm hungry in between lunch and dinner yet it's still way too early for dinner then I'll grab one of these. They always satisfy me! I also use them as dessert. Adding almond butter and chia seeds. So good.
