Yummy low sugar yogurt!

I had never been much of a yogurt fan and had not found the taste tolerable. I continued seeing articles touting the benefits of yogurt and thought I'd give it another try. As a diabetic most yogurt has too much carbs and sugar and would increase my blood sugar too much. I discovered this brand and have been a yogurt convert ever since. I put a bit of fruit and a tablespoon of Ratio granola and it makes for a delicious and filling breakfast without overly raising my blood sugar. It is now my go to breakfast.

Only Greek Yogurt I Purchase

This is the only Greek yogurt I buy. It has the lowest amount of carbs with very little sugar. I always buy the vanilla yogurt and mix my own flavors into it like blueberries or shredded coconut. This is a must in my fridge and eat it daily for the health benefits and to help with sweets cravings.

Return to store shelves!

Has Walmart stopped carrying Two Good yogurt? If so, why? This has been my “go to” because it has some fat but very little sugar. By far, it is the lowest in carbs and best in taste and texture. Chobani has apparently taken over and is a terrible product. You either get nonfat and no sugar, lactose free, or you get a ton of fat and carbs due to sugar. Please work to put Two Good yogurt back on store shelves.
