Twist it comb does curl and twist hair, and is definitely super easy to clean. However, my blowdryer's diffuser attachment twists my hair far better. Maybe I need to invest in more gel when styling, but when I use my usual amount of gel, mousse, and leave-in and the diffuser I have really defined twists/curls
