Down is made of fluffy, delicate clusters that make for soft and lofty pillows. The outer shell of this pillow is soft 380 thread count combed cotton shell. Also available in medium and firm support with additional down added to increase the support level. If you need a tad more support, try the medium or firm support of this pillow. This pillow is made in Canada with high quality Canadian fill.
