Not worth it.

They are lightweight and breathe well, so would be good for summer wear. Problem is the opening, it's just one narrow hole. There is no tongue, and there is no elastic on each side where the tongue would be like you see on similar design shoes. So I have a very hard time getting my feet in the things. If I had a wide foot, it would be impossible. I'm only 5' 7", 140 lbs, so it's not like I have a giant foot. I'm a 7 1/2, this was with a size 8 shoe.
