This specialty bowl offers classic elegance and durability. The upscale pearl white color creates a crisp, clean backdrop for a variety of culinary creations. The fully vitrified body prevents moisture absorption and further reinforces the strength of this product. The sturdy construction helps to prevent breakage, chipping, and scratches, allowing it to stand up to high-volume use in a commercial kitchen.
Like the rest of the AlumaTux line, this bowl contains less silica and at least 50% more alumina oxide than comparable dinnerware materials, creating a much harder and denser body. The proprietary material formula produces a thinner profile with greater durability than traditional china. Use it to serve up crispy salads, specialty dips to go with chips, vegetables, and pita rounds, or include a side of gravy with a turkey dinner!
