Adds 3/4" height to handlebar bend, can be used with Pro-Taper universal bend bars that compensate for the 3/4" rise. Handlebars only weigh only 1.55 pounds (720 grams) w/o pad. End plugs help keep the elements out of the handlebar tubing and aid in longer grip life. Comes with bar pad.
