ordered a garden hoe with a 73" (6'). I recieved a hoe with a 48" handle. somebody in warehouse needs to get off of their phone and pay attention. this is pretty normal for walmart. However the lady in customer service was very nice and took care of business in about 3 minutes. why don't you put negative stars for crummy service
