100% organic wildcrafted irish sea moss gel. 16 oz. some of the benefits of sea moss are: aids in weight loss, acts like an appetite suppressant. a natural collagen-anti-aging. "nature's botox" anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral helps break down mucus and dissolves phlegm helping reduce. inflammation making it a great expectorant! This product has absolutely no odor, fragrance nor taste. It is a little thick like vaseline but if you add into a smoothie or milk-shake you will not get that thick texture. This is a MUST as we get older. Just amazing benefits.
