The product is great and looks sharp and feels like good construction. BUT, be careful of your application. I bought it to put on the wall in my theater and was disappointed about the following: The space inside is barely enough for an average size home receiver, and that is with the wires all jammed against the pack (which I am not a fan of). There is only one pair of vertical rods to attach components to which virtually only works with network equipment which have front-facing metal flaps that screw into vertical rods, so receivers, DVD players and such cannot be mounted inside this product, they kind of have to just sit on top of each other... (again, I'm not a fan of... cause for too much heat). My last complaint is regarding the mounting plate. While it it true the hole are spaced to match the 16" stud code behind your drywall, it is not designed for a corner application, which is where I wanted this unit to go. I had to mount if several inches away from the corner and now there is an odd gap (dead space). The removable side walls and the ability to open the door left or right hand is cool not to mention the lock feature. By no means am I saying don't by it, just know what you are going to do with it exactly and the dimensions and instal location before making the commitment.

I bought this for my home network. I have a study/work room that I have my equipment located in and was looking for a small cabinet that could rack mount equipment. Although this unit is designed to go on the wall, it works perfectly on the floor. I mounted four small wheel casters on the bottom so that I could move it around. Solid construction, flexibility in opening the front, sides, and small outlets in back. Worth the buy.
