We have 960 of these carts.(including the 16 unit model) These carts use a small spring clip to hold in the latching pins. My middle school students have discovered that they can disable that latch in seconds by pulling the clip. Our fix is to use a standard 1/8" steel shank pop rivet to replace the pin. It's still removable, but takes much more effort.

We purchased this cart for our elementary school because we needed room to store small and large laptops. It stores Dell and Chromebooks well, though the bottom shelf could be a little taller to fit the plugs for larger laptops. The slotted walls make it very breathable. The cords all work well and it was easy to put together the parts that needed assembly in the beginning. The only downsides are having a locking mechanism that is easily messed up by kids with behavior issues, and the little rubber pieces can also easily be shoved into the holes and no longer serve their function without having to dig through cords to find them again. So overall it's great if you have students with respectful behavior. The little pieces could be set in place a bit better.
