Great Mood and Stress Formula!

I did some research on supplements and asked around and this seemed to be highly recommended. I was looking for something to help me with mood and stress, and to relax me for sleep better. I think I need to wind down a bit before falling asleep. I have been taking this a couple weeks now and I can definitely feel improvement in my stress and sleep. In fact, the reduced stress has allowed me to focus a little better and get more things done during the day. I would recommend trying it out.
