Great product, and service! However my appointment was cancelled in the system; which generated a refund. I was surprised that I owed anything at check-out. The protection fee at $10 per tire was not automatically figured into the price at check-out. I had to make sure that this was added. I'm lucky that I didn't lose what I already paid for. I wonder how often this happens to customers. The cashier told me that appointments are electronically cancelled all the time. This should be fixed and not occur- especially for folks who pay in full in advance.

Thin white wall tires are getting hard to find. These fit my 2004 Lincoln TownCar perfectly, gives it an original look. I don't drive the car often (49,000 miles in 21 years). The tires balance fine, no shakes, wobbles or pulling. If you have an old car that came with thin white walls these are for you!
