Trailer King RST ST225/75-15 113/108 M Tire

When I looked online for tires I see many pictures of tires only and then I see pictures with tire mounted to the rim. I thought this would arrive with a tire on the rim just like the picture shows, but to much of my surprise they were delivered with absolutely no rim. So I look closer and discover the pictures are only there to look good, I called the local Walmart tire center to find out I will be out another $62-$65 to have them mounted on my old trailer tire rims. I feel the description aka the pictures are very deceiving, I was lead to believe 2 tires with rims were gonna arrive at my house. But unfortunately only two tires with no rim. Very sad.
