it's supposed to help out with allergies and I mix mine with lemon I got a court little diffuser I put two of the nettle in one of the mint and if it didn't come out strong enough I would put two and two but the one meant with it worked fine and it tastes really good and I think it does help because I used all of mine and I ran out so I got some more good luck if you like it and you think you might need it to help out them allergies
