Traditional Medicinals Tea, Organic Licorice Root, Tea Bags, 16 Count

Based on a couple of reviews, I was hesitant to try this, but to me, it is AMAZING. It has a warm, slightly woodsy nose that does not prepare you for the taste. It's beautiful but subtle, right up until you swallow, then the flavor hits harder and there is a delightful, natural sweetness that doesn't overpower the licorice. Really nice mouthfeel, too. I think those who said it had no flavor either A: thought it was going to taste like licorice candy, or B: didn't use hot enough water for steeping. I used my Keurig for the second cup and that second cup was better than the first cup! I'm getting four cups from each teabag and I think this might be a good one to cold brew in a glass bottle in the fridge. I think it is helping with my GERD, too; first time sufferer, here. I think I would be disappointed in any licorice root tea after having this as my first, so I will just keep ordering this one and be glad I tried it.
