I dislike matcha. However, I got this because others noted the lack of matcha. I also was very intrigued by the others noting the unique taste of toasted rice. Everything balanced nicely! I received had an iced cantaloupe green tea and needed to recreate it at home. This worked perfect! It's subtle if you for the directions. But you can leave the bag in longer without fear of bitterness. I have it hot %26 iced. This is my new go to. But .. with that said, if I find a close alternative with a better price. I will. It's definitely worth trying, so don't hesitate to grab a box!
