Great tea!

This tea is great during pregnancy, for nausea and digestive issues. Also, ginger helps keep you warm during cold months (or if your work keeps it extra air conditioned, like mine).

It's Tasty Too!

I love ginger, not just because of that terrific zing it's got to it but because it helps with my seemingly endless nausea. I have MS and one of my lesions in my brain is in an area known to promote (if you will) a feeling of nausea. I love pickled ginger but that is often high in sugar so this is a great alternative! I love it with lots of honey and diced apple but you can drink it plain and it is not so horrible. I find the drinking it iced makes it seem less bitter. I strongly recommend if you are someone who has issues with nausea or like a friend of mine who quit smoking, she says that it is amazing and helping her refrain from grabbing a cigarette.
