the wrapper isnt like some tea where you are afraid to open it because you will rip the tea bag too. give enough room for that. personally i dont put creamer in any of my teas. i prefer hot teas. but one day i let my cup sit for a while. (a cold day) it was a bit chilled and honestly it tasted nice even then. i felt well after drinking this for a few days. i dont. give it a shot. i mean even from someone who makes very little. its not an expensive try. js if you're looking for a gentle detox. thats not an outrageous amout of money. i sat go for it.
