Amazing sheets and amazing customer service!

I had a few questions/issues during the ordering process so I sent customer service an email. They responded within 5 minutes! I feel like I got something of good value

For the price, I feel like I got something of good value. I decided to take a chance on the other reviews, and it paid off.Unless you've went to a specialty bedding store, you can definitely notice the difference between this 400 count and what you could pick up at a big box store.. 150 to 200 count sheets?These feel really comfortable compared to what I've purchased before. But, hey I'm a guy and I don't know much about bedding and material qualities.. and not really even sure where I could find straight forward valuable information on this topic.. (probably a blog somewhere....)
