The phone is great - can't say so musch for the buying experience. I have been a customer for years and always 2 years worth of service at a time. When I attempted to purchase a newer phone I was forced to buy additional time even though I had over 440 days left on the existing plan. Not a very well thought out marketing plan.

I thought the price of the phone for that model was good. I didn't like that the phone didn't come with a sim card. with that being said, there was a delay is transferring my service to the new phone while I hunted for a sim card. Everything has been working fine with then.
