I use topical magnesium since I cannot take it orally right now. This seems to do a good job. Can be a bit itchy at first, which is typical but it fades quickly.

Helping Enhance a Better Sleep
I have definitely noticed a difference in my ease to enter a rested sleep in the evenings. It is a little itchy on the legs, but it doesn't bother me because I am just going to sleep.
