TracRac 27000B TracONE Black Universal Truck Rack

We experienced excellent customer service from this company. The box arrived pretty beat up by the shipper, the items were quickly replaced by the mfg. without any questions asked. My husband has a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. While this truck rack fits almost every other truck universally, it requires a kit to work with the Tacoma. Again, the company assisted with the kit and provided excellent customer service. It took my husband about 90 minutes to assemble and install the rack. He will be using it for ladders and occasionally kayaks. He really likes the way it looks on the truck and intends to leave it on even when he's not utilizing it. We did some research on other truck racks and this one seems to have the highest weight capacity. The initial hiccups with delivery of this product are long forgotten. My husband is very pleased with the Trac-One, truck rack and has recommended it to his coworkers that have inquired about its good looks.

We live close to a river and was excited to test out this TracRac. It was a lot simpler to put together than what I thought it would be. There was a step in the instructions where it neglected to tell which bolt to use with the square nuts but that was easy enough to figure out. Once we got it put together on the truck, we loaded two of our kayaks (our truck is a Chevy Silverado 1500). So simple. We strapped them in and took off. There wasn't any excess road noise from using the rack. It feels solid. We've also used the rack to haul lumber and ladders around on our farm. Very handy, indeed. All in all, a very good product. I definitely recommend.
