This process seals all the little nooks and crannies in the cast iron, resulting in an exceptionally smooth surface that’s easy to clean and maintain and is ultra resistant to rusting, chipping, and staining. So wash it, scrub it, and turn up the heat! Can your other cast iron do that? We also added nifty features like a helper handle for easy transport from stove to oven to table, dual built-in spouts for easy pouring, and a satin-smooth finish that always looks great. This roomy 12-inch skillet is perfect for one-pan meals, from eggs and hash browns to paella for the whole family to a giant cast iron cookie. Now that’s super!
