Microwave Cook Time Wattage: 1200, First Cook Minutes: 8 1/2, Second Cook Minutes: 4 1/2. Microwave Cook Time Wattage: 1000, First Cook Minutes: 9, Second Cook Minutes: 5. Microwave Cook Time Wattage: 800, First Cook Minutes: 12, Second Cook Minutes: 8. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use skillet instructions. *For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 165°F. Shallow Fry - From Frozen - Skillet Instructions. I put a teaspoon of regular oil and one of olive oil in a large fry pan. I put at least two cups of the veggies in there and maybe a quarter teaspoon of sugar sprinkled on top. Poured a few TBLs of water and covered the pan. Brought it to a boil..... turned down the heat to simmer and after 9 min. I put a T butter and another couple of shakes of soy sauce on it. Dleeeee licious
