We bought our first Anolon frying pan 15 years ago and purchased 2 more since then. The pans are of superior quality and performance. They are great for making fried eggs, omelettes, pancakes and sauteing vegetables, Food slides easily out the pan. Easy clean up since food doesn't stick to it.

The first impression is the packing box is huge and even each pot and pan is made with thick heavy duty hard anodized material with nonstick layers that keep my cook work is so easy and save time. Each handle is cover by plastic so that I can hold firmly and easily control it while cooking. The pans & pots heats up really fast and I think they even keep the heat longer after work. Another plus from this Anolon cookware set is ease to clean. Even with burn food, I just need to soak the pan or pot a few hours and rinse it with water and soap, then use soft sponge to wipe. No hard scrubbing anymore.
