It works but

I received it on time and in great condition but it seems my hedgehog is allergic to it. He immediately has a reaction on his skin to the wheel. I tried washing it to see if it was maybe something to do with shipping but.. he still breaks out badly. Atleast the wheel is functional and silent but it wont be used sadly

Faulty product

I have a 7in silent spinner made by Kaytee that had been flawless for my Syrian Hamster. Upon learning that I needed a 12in wheel, I ordered this one expecting the same quality. This wheel is stiff and hard to move, my Syrian can climb all around it and it won't budge. I wish I had ordered another type or from another site
