Bosch SPV68U53UC Dishwasher

I bought this dishwasher 2 months ago after having same noisy dishwasher for years. To say I'm delighted is an understatement! I am very pleased with the cleaning performance and drying ability (use sanitize mode), as well as the quietness of this machine. love it!

I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation and purchased this custom panel dishwasher because I wanted it to match my other cabinetry. After receiving the dishwasher and having the front panel installed, I learned that the door did not open. This is because the front panel hits the toe panel at about the 45 degree mark. My only solution is to cut 2" off the bottom of my cabinet door so it has enough clearance to open. This will look very strange since the doors have a thin trim around the border. It is baffling to me how this could be so poorly designed and misleading. It's worth mentioning that my cabinet fronts are standard height (30"). Had I known that the cabinet door front would have to be a different height than the others, I would have just purchased a standard front. This has been such a frustrating experience. I was so excited to purchase new appliances, but instead it has been a headache. I doubt I could ever recommend Bosch to anyone.
