Power Alert App is great, one can hide UPS unit & still check on everything I have also used many other Tripp-lite UPS products on the job in corporate communications and have found them reliable and easily monitored and adjusted remotely via the SNMP web card. This unit has a home device management scheme which pre-configs the settings so one doesn't have to understand all the ins and outs of UPS operation and configuration.
