Not all that bad and by looking at the ingredients label this food item is a pretty clean and healthy food to consume.. Not all healthy choice meals are healthy - some have unwanted compounds in them so definitely do your research before buying a frozen healthy meal.. Just because it says it's healthy doesn't make it healthy... This frozen meal overall is a win, win..!

I wish these frozen meals were available under 3 minutes. All healthy choice branded meals should be the same cost, no exceptions. Despite my disgruntles, it's still cheaper than going out to eat so I'm sorry guys. They should include more chicken and less rice.
