I found these because I was looking for a prenatal that had everything in it I needed (L-Methylfolate, DHA, Iron, Chlorine, Iodine, B Vitamins). If you actually look at the “complete prenatals” on the market, most of them don’t have everything you need. After so much searching I finally found these and have been so happy with them! They have a slight odor but it’s not unbearable, and they don’t make me sick as long as I take them with food. Also an added bonus they make my hair and nails grow like crazy!! I avoid taking them close to bedtime because the B vitamins give me a lot of energy and sometimes can make it hard to sleep. They aren’t huge either, about the size of a Tylenol capsule, so they are easy to swallow. I’ve bought 6 or 7 bottles of these over the past 6/7 months and each month the quality is great, there isn’t capsules busted open or anything. My favorite prenatal and the only one I trust for my baby.
