Making good on a purchase mistake

We were moving into a new home, and before hand purchased 2 new shower heads to replace those that came with the house. We just needed a hand held attachment that would attach to the pipe coming out of the wall. When trying to attach the new head, we found that we had purchased the wrong model. We had ordered the type that (I guess) attached to a side wall to hold the head. We called Delta to review the situation and quickly found out what was wrong. The agent spent time in determining what we needed, really just the connection that would attach to the water pipe. It was ordered and all was good. Delta stands behind their products, as we have found in other cases.

Good quality.

Very good quality. I just did not realized that I will have to drill my wall to attach the handle to the wall since it does not do it to the pipe on top of the shower head.
