Different finish than expected

I had Design House model 531319 cabinets installed in my kitchen when I had it totally remodeled. I wanted this particular cabinet to finish off one of the walls. I thought it would look great with the rest of the cabinets. The finish is different (more glossy) than my kitchen cabinets. I figured since the model numbers were the same, this cabinet would be the same. I also wish I would have had the option as to where to place the door pulls. Holes are pre-drilled in the doors. It looks ok and will suffice but I'm disappointed that the same model number would be so different. When delivered by Wal-Mart there was a nick in the bottom corner of the door - I see it but I doubt others will.
