If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this period, PDP at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that PDP determines to be defective. Our technical support team must troubleshoot a product to verify the defect; only then will we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allowing you to send in the unit. Packages sent with no RMA number will be refused by our receiving department and returned to sender at the sender's expense. Other exceptions to the PDP warranty include: Warranty period has expired (see product packaging); The product has been tampered with, voiding the warranty; There is no proof of purchase. The color changing lights are awesome.
I love the dark purple. The changing lights are amazing. It was easy to connect to my switch. The controller seems very responsive and is easy to hold. I have small hands and most controllers are too bulky. I needed something more ergonomic then the original switch controllers. This makes it easier to play racing, adventure, and shooter games. As for the longevity of the product, i can't speak for that. I've only been using it for a couple weeks. So far I'm very happy with it.
