Positive, the shoes are light. NEGATIVE: * They are totally flat inside, no sole or arch support. * They also run small in size so I had to buy a insole with arch support, half sole. I * * I cannot wear winter socks / thicker socks because they run small. * The edge around the ankles are stiff, and the ankles got soar after a while.
