Excellent!
I bought this to help my fingernails grow again. They don't really grow since I went through menopause. This didn't really seem to help, but it's probably a great biotin. I think I just need something more than biotin to get my nails to grow again.

Awesome product!
I have been using a 1000mcg biotin product for the last two years and have made my way slowly up to a 5000mcg tablet. I have noticed that my fingernails and hair have been growing much quicker since using this product and my skin is looking much clearer which is fantastic. The capsules are not too large which is a bonus.

Candida overgrowth
I take biotin when there is candida overgrowth, as it's supposed to support the process without being an anti-fungal. I definitely felt the difference when taking this with an anti-fungal vs. not. It's also supposed to help with blood sugar regulation, and of course, hair grown. So I usually have this in the cabinet.
