The grip you need.

I have found this grip to improve the handling of the camera it adds some much-needed weight to the earlier versions of the Sony cameras such as the a7ii etc, but overall the grip makes the camera feel much more substantial and overall better in the hand.

A good add on

A good add on to the a7ii, especially if you have larger hands. Easy to install, however, it will completely cover the battery door. And like the local camera store and I agreed, needed but overpriced.
