Fits most cups, but I had to remove the rubber piece to get my Nalgene bottle and Yeti Insulated coffee cup to fit. The gooseneck for the phone is ectremely rigid which makes it hard to adjust, but keeps the phone stable, so a good tradeoff. The extra power points are great too, especially for long trips.
